COVID-19 Update

At Denton County Property Management, we care about the health and well-being of our tenants, owners, vendors and employees. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being as responsive as possible, as the situation evolves.  It is our top priority to provide fast and efficient service, however, we feel the need to enforce a cautious approach to our services in the coming weeks.

While this virus spreads easily through person-to-person contact as well as contaminated surfaces or objects, we ask that you notify us (by email or phone call) if you are faced with the following:

  1. If you or anyone in your household are ill with a contagious illness such as flu, strep, coronavirus (COVID-19), i.e.

  2. If you are in self- or mandated-quarantine

  3. If you have traveled to an affected country with in the last month (Not sure please check out map at www.CDC.gov )

For precautionary measures, if you are ill or said yes to any of the above, we kindly ask you to refrain from coming into our offices. When putting in a service request, please note on the work order if you are contagious with flu, strep, fever, or in quarantine and then call us to discuss options so we can try to keep our staff as healthy as possible. If you are under mandated-quarantined for the two weeks (14 days) we will not be able to tend to any service request, with the exception of flood, major leaks, and other emergencies to our discretion and ask you to sanitize your apartment before our techs enter the unit.

For more information about coronavirus (COVID-19) a great place to start is www.CDC.gov. Currently we will remain open for business.
